Brenda Cumming is a founder and member of the Board of Directors at Lira Clinical, a science- and nature-based global skincare company that provides cutting edge products and extensive education to licensed skincare professionals. With over 30 years of experience in clinical and management roles in Critical Care, Trauma, Post Anesthesia, Urgent Care, and Family Practice, Brenda’s science-based knowledge of health and wellness provides Lira Clinical with an in-depth understanding of the professional skincare industry. Prior to launching Lira Clinical in 2010, Brenda, a Registered Nurse, still owner and operator of Medical Aesthetics. In August of 2002 Brenda completed her certification in Botulinum Toxin A (BOTOX® Cosmetic) Administration, Sclerotherapy, Microdermabrasion, and Chemical Peels, from the former Eclectic Skin Institute (currently the Esthetic Skin Institute).

Dr. Gallen is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with over 10 years of experience medically directing med spas like ours. He is interactive and always available to provide support to our clinic.

Gwen Howard is a Licensed Esthetician. She attended College Of International Esthetics in Arvada Colorado and obtained her certification in 2009. Gwen has worked at Medical Aesthetics in Evergreen for the last 12 years expanding her education and services to include Lasers, Body Contouring, Permanent Makeup and Microblading. With the long list of services she performs Gwen makes it a goal to work closely with all her patients to build a long term plan to maintain the skin youthfulness and health they achieved through at-home care. Gwen knows to achieve great results a good home regimen is just as important as a clinical service (after all, you wouldn’t see your dentist twice a year and never brush your teeth in between). That’s why she will help you pick out the correct skincare to enhance your results.

Cindy came to Medical Aesthetics from IL. She and her husband built a beautiful mountain home and love spending time with all of their family here. Cindy has over 35 years of experience in the Aesthetics/Beauty industry; owning and operating her own business for 20 years; then continued her education as a Registered Nurse working in various modalities including ICU and Dermatology. She considers this her dream job! While having a gentle touch and an acute eye for detail, she finds her passion from helping people accentuate their beauty from the inside and out. Cindy loves her life in Evergreen and being part of the Medical Aesthetics team!

Kate has been in the healthcare field since 2005 and joined Brenda’s practice in 2019. Prior to that she worked under the wonderful healthcare providers at Arapahoe Peak Health. Kate coordinates all business operations and public services while being attentive and compassionate. She is very involved with the community, being a familiar face and personality having worked multiple high-profile jobs in the beautiful towns of Evergreen and Conifer. In her free time, she enjoys attending to her ever-growing hobby farm with her husband and son, dogs, cats, pigs, chickens and bees!

Holly Vali is a Family Nurse Practitioner who has served ages across the lifespan for over 20 years. She is passionate about preventative healthcare, serving her patients where they are while enabling them to advance to where they want to be. “I seek to build connections with patients and provide a tailored and practical approach to their health.” When Holly is not working with her patients, she enjoys running, skiing, and spending time with her family.
