Brenda Cumming, RN, BSN, is an Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and the owner of Medical Aesthetics LLC, nestled in the foothills of Evergreen, Colorado. Since opening her practice in 2002, she has transformed it from offering one of the region’s earliest BOTOX® treatments into a thriving, full-service medical aesthetics clinic known for customized, results-driven treatment plans that address the visible signs of aging.

With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare—including Critical Care, Trauma, Post-Anesthesia, and Urgent Care—Brenda blends a strong clinical foundation with a passion for aesthetic innovation. Her approach prioritizes safety, natural-looking outcomes, and personalized patient care.

Beyond her practice, Brenda serves as National Sales Director, Founder, and Board Member of Lira Clinical, an international skincare company recognized for merging advanced science with the intelligence of nature. In this role, she helps guide product development, global education, and the brand’s commitment to elevating standards within the professional skincare industry.

Brenda’s dedication to education, innovation, and holistic wellness drives the shared mission of both Lira Clinical and Medical Aesthetics: empowering professionals and clients worldwide to achieve healthier, more radiant skin and long-lasting confidence.

Dr. Gallen is a Board Certified Anesthesiologist with over 10 years of experience medically directing med spas like ours. He is interactive and always available to provide support to our clinic.

Dr. Holly Vali is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Valiva Health, a multidisciplinary clinic, dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal wellness through personalized, evidence-based care. At Valiva Health, Dr. Vali specializes in metabolic health, weight management, and hormone balance, integrating functional medicine principles with collaborative partnership with Medical Aesthetics to support patients’ confidence and wholebody vitality.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Vali serves as an Associate Professor in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at Regis University’s Loretto Heights School of Nursing, where she teaches advanced practice courses and mentors graduate nursing students.

With a career spanning more than two decades in primary care, urgent care, and academic leadership, Dr. Vali brings compassion, clinical expertise, and a holistic perspective to every patient encounter.

Outside of her professional life, Dr. Vali enjoys yoga, skiing, and hiking the beautiful mountain trails of Colorado -activities that reflect her commitment to balance and wellness in both body and mind.

Gwen is a licensed aesthetician dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin since 2009. With a passion for skincare and beauty, Gwen specializes in personalized facials, advanced laser treatments for face and body, and tailored at home skin routines for everyone. Known for her wealth of knowledge in the skin industry and attention to detail, Gwen combines professional expertise with a client-focused approach to create relaxing, results-driven experiences. Whether addressing specific skin concerns or enhancing your natural beauty, Gwen strives to empower clients with the confidence that comes from feeling and looking their best.

Kate has been in the healthcare field since 2005 and joined Brenda’s practice in 2019. Prior to that she worked under the wonderful healthcare providers at Arapahoe Peak Health. Kate coordinates all business operations and public services while being attentive and compassionate. She is very involved with the community, being a familiar face and personality having worked multiple high-profile jobs in the beautiful towns of Evergreen and Conifer. In her free time, she enjoys attending to her ever-growing hobby farm with her husband and son, dogs, cats, pigs, chickens and bees!
